A seasoned leader in public systems and community development, Hannah Garside brings over 20 years of experience in the public and nonprofit sectors, providing innovative solutions to complex workplace and community challenges. Guided by the belief that “it takes a village,” she has built cross-sector partnerships that connect people with valuable resources, fostering inclusive and sustainable growth.
Hannah specializes in strengthening social capital through workforce development, strategic community engagement, and people-centered policies that lay the foundation for thriving communities. Her ability to bring diverse groups together for the greater good of citizens and businesses has made her a sought-after expert in her field.
 
In her role as Project Specialist, with a special focus on community partnerships, Hannah develops strategies to enhance outreach, ensuring residents, organizations, and businesses are actively engaged in economic growth. The result? Stronger, more vibrant communities where opportunity is within reach for all.
 
Beyond her professional work, Hannah is deeply involved in advocacy and leadership. She serves on the Board of Directors for Texas Federation for the People and The Nu Money Movement and was honored as the 2020 Know Your Worth Community Leader of the Year by Wellmark/BCBS for her efforts in reducing disparities affecting the African-American community.
 
A passionate entrepreneur, she founded and manages Whole Soul and New Village, two companies dedicated to holistic wellness and community connection. Most importantly, Hannah treasures time spent with her family, including her three amazing children and 4-year-old grandson. She’s an avid traveler of off the beaten path adventures, a culinary enthusiast, and a firm believer in the power of connection to transform lives.
