Is an award-winning public relations strategist, author, and entrepreneur. As founder and CEO of Zoetica Media, she has led social media and PR strategies for major organizations including Google, the American Red Cross, and SeaWorld.
A lifelong advocate for innovation in communication, Kami has been at the forefront of pivotal shifts in the industry, from pioneering social media strategy to championing the ethical use of artificial intelligence. She co-authored The Most Amazing Marketing Book Ever and talks frequently about social media for business and how to strategically use AI and automation to streamline communication.
She serves on the PRSA Houston board and is working to launch a mentorship program for emerging professionals. At the national level, she is a regular keynote speaker and this year will lead a two-day workshop called, Beyond Prompts: Building Trusted AI Workflows for the national PRSA organization.
She is the founder of the Social Media Breakfast of Houston, which meets monthly at the Ion Houston and has educated and empowered thousands of professionals over its 17-year run. Kami’s legacy is one of service, innovation, and a deep commitment to mentoring the next generation of communicators.
